Terms of Service (Draft)
These draft terms govern use of AegisGuard services by customers and authorized users.
1. Service Scope
AegisGuard provides phishing detection, risk analysis, and related security analytics capabilities on a SaaS basis.
2. Acceptable Use
Customers must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content.
3. Security and Access
Customers are responsible for account credential protection. Platform controls include rate limits, brute-force protection, and audit trails.
4. Availability and SLA
Service commitments and response targets are defined in the applicable SLA addendum.
5. Limitation of Liability
Liability terms and exclusions are subject to the executed master agreement and governing law.
